Currently it's only the two of us in our office. We don't have any plans to expand and grow. We're afraid we would lose the personal interaction we enjoy with our customers if we became like most other Florida Real Estate offices with dozens or even a hundred or more agents. Customers become numbers and statistics in large offices, and they don't get the relaxed personal attention we provide.

Vickie and Steven have over 25 years combined experience helping buyers purchase property in the Florida real estate market.

Vickie was born in Pensacola FL, she and her mother, Louise had a successful real estate office (Beach Realty) at Keaton Beach on the Gulf coast of Florida for 18 years.

Steven's family moved to Ocala in 1960. He has over 20 years background in the construction industry, both commercial and residential, which gives our customers the edge in comparing homes and property.

Both Steven and Vickie are licensed Florida Real Estate Brokers. We represent Buyers as single agents.
